REFUND / EXCHANGE

Sale items, unless faulty or incorrect, will not be refunded.

Do you refund or exchange?

Yes, unless your purchase was on sale, we are happy to refund or exchange you items providing the following standards are met.

RETURNS - A request to refund email must be sent to [email protected] prior to returning your item

                     - Items are to be returned within 14 days of purchase.

                     - Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags & any spare items still attached

                     - Items purchased on sale will not be refunded.

Postage costs on returned items will not be refunded.

If the requirements are not met your refund may be denied.

EXCHANGES - A request to exchange email must be sent to [email protected] prior to returning your item

                         - Items are to be returned within 14 days of purchase.

                         - Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags & any spare items still attached.

                         - Items on sale may be exchanged, contact needs to be made within 7 days from the date of postage.

If the requirements are not met your exchange may be denied.

Please let us know in your email if you wish to:

- exchange your item for the same item but in a different size

- exchange for a different item/s

We will respond to your email ASAP with available stock. Please understand that we may not always have the same style in a different size.

If there are any price difference between the items you are exchanging then we will either refund the difference to you or you will be required to pay the difference before your item/s are sent.

If we are unable to assist with your specific request, we can issue you with a credit note to use at a later date.

Sale items, unless faulty or incorrect, will not be refunded. Any item deemed faulty must be returned to our store before a refund is issued.

If I need to exchange for another size can I?

Yes, please email [email protected] with your request to exchange for a different size. We will reply to your email ASAP with available stock.

Providing the size you want is in stock we will ask you to return the item you have & once received we will post the correct size to you. You will have to cover the shipping costs of the exchange.
